• We occasionally use AI-supported tools on this website to find ideas, structure and optimize the readability of our texts.
• All content originates from our own editorial team and is carefully checked and edited before publication.

AI data protection

1. We use the paid version of ChatGPT (OpenAI), where content is not used for AI training purposes.
2. We do not transmit any personal data in our prompts, only specialist or technical text content.
3. There is an order processing agreement (AVV) with the provider OpenAI in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, referred to there as Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

AI training

We took part in a legal AI training course (“AI workshop”) organized by a specialist law firm. The aim of this training course was to ensure the responsible and legally compliant use of artificial intelligence in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Automated translations (English)

For the English language version of this website we use the software WPMLwhich enables an automated translation of the content from German to English.

The translations are not proofread immediately, but are reviewed editorially at regular intervals and revised if necessary.

For content-checked and legally authoritative information, please refer to the original German version. The English version serves as an additional service for our customers and may differ slightly in terms of language or content.
