We would like to inform our customers about an upcoming change to our e-mail server.
From 12.02.2024, the “Auto-responder on forwarding” function will be discontinued.
Auto-responders (automatic replies) continue to work for mailboxes, but no longer for simple forwarding to another mailbox. This prevents an e-mail request from sending 2 automatic replies at the same time.
Affected services
Customers who are affected by the change will also be contacted individually.
