Phishing via online applications
We are once again delighted by deceptively genuine SPAM “online applications” that have been specially designed for us with the help of AI and skillfully trick the SPAM filter.
All the links in the e-mail try to download unpleasant surprises when you click on them.
We are certainly not the only ones affected. Here is an example, as a small hint for our customers, of what such a mail text looks like in practice:
Hello Tba Berlin Team,
I am glad to have found you because I discovered that we have something in common: We both believe in digitizing companies without sacrificing minimalism and professionalism.
I am XXXXXXX and have been working in the industry for over 10 years. During this time, I have gained extensive experience working with various brands and agencies in Europe. My specialty lies in the development of WordPress websites in various industries. Now I would like to work with you as a freelancer to make a positive contribution to your agency’s team and take my experience to the next level.
I have prepared a presentation in which I present my design criteria and my portfolio. (Watch online here)
If this topic has piqued your interest, please reply immediately so that we can discuss the details.
All the best.
