Change e-mail settings for TBA
You can make the following settings for your e-mail account on our server itself:
- Change e-mail password
- Set SPAM filter
- Set up autoresponder

Log in
Log in with your e-mail address and current e-mail password.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact us.
Change e-mail password
Simply enter your new password and click on “Apply”.
Remember to use secure passwords (see tips).
Hacked e-mails are a central gateway for hackers.
Change SPAM filter
Here you can change the filters for VIRUS and SPAM protection
SPAM filters offer protection against unwanted advertising.
Notes:
- Legally recommended setting for the spam filter:
“Reject spam”(source) - This regulates spam protection on the server.
Spam protection is also possible on the website so that spam mails cannot be sent on the forms there in the first place.

Set up autoresponder
Automatic e-mail responses via an “autoresponder” can be easily set up here.
Example application:
Are you on vacation?
– You can set a time-controlled automatic message beforehand that is sent back to an e-mail sender during the vacation period to inform them that e-mails will not be read until after the vacation.
Please test the autoresponder by simply sending yourself a small test message after the start date.
