Why we have developed our own system

We have long wanted a feedback system that suits us and our customers. However, we were not happy with many ready-made solutions: sensitive data ends up with third-party providers – often even abroad, the design seems old-fashioned or impersonal, there are either too few or too many options.

Some systems rely on external platforms, which can be a hurdle for customers. Others are simply too expensive, not in German, not multilingual, cumbersome to use or full of spam and fake reviews.

That’s why we decided: We’ll do it ourselves – simply, safely and close to people.

Why feedback is so important

Whether it’s a practice, business or online offer – if you want to know how your customers or patients are doing, you need honest feedback. Our rating system makes it so easy that most people fill it in straight away.

This allows you to receive praise, criticism or suggestions while the impressions are still fresh – and before they get lost in the daily grind.

Simply set up, quickly done

The idea behind it is simple: short rating, optional comment, done. No long forms, no registration, no hurdles.

This ensures a high response rate – and that you find out quickly and easily what is going well and where there is room for improvement.

Use positive things several times

You can use positive feedback several times directly: If you are satisfied, you can also ask them to leave a review on Google – with a direct link, of course. This increases your visibility in Google Local and can bring in new customers or patients.

By clicking on a checkbox, you can also ask for permission to show the rating on your homepage and document it in a legally secure manner.

Keep criticism internal

And what if something didn’t go perfectly? Then this feedback only ends up with you – not publicly.

This allows you to clarify misunderstandings or correct mistakes. This shows that you take feedback seriously and see criticism as an opportunity.

The system works on any device and is available in German and English.

The technology is safe and uncomplicated for you to use.

Data protection compliant

We only collect the most necessary data, do not pass anything on to third parties and do not use hidden trackers.

We have the strict German GDPR in mind: Our server is located in the EU and, of course, we have the necessary order data processing contracts.
