Rezepte mit Herz (website)

The Rezepte mit Herz magazine (print and online) presents simple and everyday recipes especially for the Thermomix® as well as tips for cooking and baking. Each issue offers a variety of recipe ideas for everyday cooking, guests & celebrations, figure-friendly dishes and quick preparations.

The magazine appears on newsstands every two months. In addition, there are special editions such as “Rezepte mit Herz FAMILY CUISINE”, which contain extra Thermomix® recipes that both children and adults can prepare quickly and enjoy in hectic family life.

The publisher’s website offers simple options for ordering subscriptions and individual booklets as well as tests and reviews of Thermomix® accessories. There is also help, tips and tricks as well as free recipes to print out and as e-book downloads all about the Thermomix®.

Due to special requirements, the website is programmed on the basis of the “ProcessWire” content management system.

The website contains a large number of individually programmed additional features:

General website functions:
- The start page functions as a portal with predefined tiles that serve as teasers for subscriptions, magazines, products, recipes and accessories and are updated automatically.
- The page title automatically displays the current products.
- The search not only searches the website, but also offers a service for subscribers by searching recipes in the printed magazines.
- An advertising network is integrated that places and disables ads individually depending on the page type, for example to ensure an undisturbed experience during the purchase process.
- SEO: optimized structure; programmed featured Google widgets for recipes; SEO training; close coordination with marketing/content department
Store:
- Subscriptions can be ordered and canceled easily.
- Individual booklets and special products can easily be ordered (also as gifts).
- Orders and payment data for subscriptions, magazines and special products are automatically synchronized with the shipping service provider.
- Orders for Thermomix@ accessories are forwarded directly to affiliate partners.
- Additional items can be ordered depending on the country of purchase.
- A product is displayed in the shopping cart as a recommendation, which can optionally be added at checkout.
- Products are displayed sorted by product group, whereby priorities and recommendations can change the order.
Recipe pages:
- Different layouts and content for individual recipes, recipe collections, tips and news.
- Recipes are printable with a clear shopping list for the supermarket.
